-The ani can't be over 100 frames in total w/ everything included (the action and sig etc...) this way there can be lots of quality in these things instead of just quantity cause when quantity is used the quality drops and some spots are done carelessly so this way everything should be fine tuned
-The ani cannot be a highlight ani and must be a fully intact non-stop ani...self explanatory...I just don't want a little highlight ani of a couple moves but you can use as many people as you want in it so that should make up for it...so no breaks in the thing except for a sig.
